The Blood-Swept Lands and Seas of Red installation at the Tower of London was made with 888,246 hand-made ceramic poppies with each representing the death of a British and Commonwealth soldier during World War One.
Commemorating the TOWER OF LONDON REMEMBERS THE FIRST WORLD WAR complete set of three (3) colorized Royal Canadian Mint Medallions. The 3-medallion set comes with a full color Certificate of Authenticity with each medallion coming in a premium coin capsule.
Each medallion is about the same size as a U.S. Half Dollar coin and features a Canada Maple Leafs design on the reverse and a colorized image on the obverse.
