Historical Significance:
The 250th Anniversary of the United States, or Semiquincentennial, commemorates the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. In that bold moment, the 13 American colonies proclaimed their freedom from Great Britain, laying the foundation for the birth of a new nation.
This declaration ignited the spirit of liberty and set in motion the values that would shape the United States of America. On July 4, 2026, the nation celebrated this monumental event, marking a timeless reminder of the enduring ideals of freedom, democracy, and equality that continue to define the country.
